Parking is free to students, faculty and staff. Everyone must register their vehicle with the PCCC Public Safety office where they will receive a parking hang tag and a copy of the Rules and Regulations. This tag must be displayed to park in any college facility. The Department of Public Safety is located on the first floor of Founders Hall, room E104.
Students must present a valid driver's
license, the vehicle registration, insurance card and a copy of their validated
course schedule for the current semester.

Parking
Regulations
The speed limit in all College parking facilities is 5 miles per
hour.
No parking is permitted except in designated areas, between white
parking lanes. Officers will check Department of Motor Vehicles Permit for
persons with Disabled parking Hang Tags or Placards to assure that only
authorized persons utilize the Disabled Persons parking spaces.
Violators
will be issued a Summons under STATE STATUE 39:4-1380 AND Paterson City ordinance
39:01-030HP.
Parking regulations are in effect 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
All persons driving on campus must obey accepted safe motoring
standards.
Any violation of the regulations is subject to a fine as listed on
the parking summons.
The College will utilize such vehicle immobilizing devices, as it
deems appropriate in order to enforce these regulations, or tow the
vehicle of repeated violator at the vehicle owner's expense.
All parking will be within the designated parking spaces ONLY. A
Summons will be issued for: over the line/double space use, double
parking, parking on the parking lot roadway, parking in handicap spaces
with out state permit, blocking entrances or exits IS NOT PERMITTED.
Parking in a Fire Zone or any other prohibited area with yellow
lines will result in a Summons.
