WORKSHOP TITLE: Sexual Harassment in the Workplace


DESCRIPTION: This workshop focuses on understanding and identifying sexual harassment in the workplace. This workshop will help students define sexual harassment in the workplace, identify behaviors that constitute sexual harassment, learn what they can do if they are a victim, and examine the legal alternatives available to them.

GOALS: The goals of this workshop are to have students understand the definition of sexual harassment, identify behaviors that constitute sexual harassment, and learn what they can do (how they can respond and what legal options are available to them), if they find themselves a victim of sexual harassment.


STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES:
1. Students will be able to define sexual harassment.
2. Students will be able to identify behaviors that constitute sexual harassment
3. Students will learn what action they can take if they are a victim.
