Transfer Students

1. Download and complete your application. Applications can be mailed, faxed or submitted in person to the PCCC Admissions Office or the Main Office at the Wanaque Academic Center. We do not have online admissions at this time. If mailing please send to PCCC Admissions, One College Blvd., Paterson, NJ 07505 - 1179. Click here to download the application.

2.
Determine how you will pay your tuition. PCCC offers a variety of payment options. If you plan to use Financial Aid to pay your tuition you must file your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) prior to registering for classes. You can apply online by going to www.fafsa.ed.gov. PCCC also offers a payment plan and scholarships programs. For more information on PCCC’s tuition and payment options go to www.pccc.edu/bursar.

3.
Have an official copy of your HS and College transcripts sent to the Admissions Office. Transfer Credit Evaluations will only be completed for those students who have selected an Academic Program (major) on the application and have official transcripts sent. PCCC will not grant transfer credit from unofficial transcripts. Additionally, placement testing can only be waived for those students who show college level attainment in both English and Mathematics on an official college transcript. For more information on the placement test, click here.

4.
Immunization Requirement: NJ state law requires that all first-time, full-time students born after 1957 show a valid record of immunization that includes two doses of measles-containing vaccine and one dose of mumps and rubella.

5.
Registration: Transfer students are invited to register once all the previous steps have been completed. The Admissions Office will contact all students for New Student Orientation and Registration.
