INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ON AN F-1 STUDENT VISA CANNOT APPLY ON-LINE FOR ADMISSION TO PASSAIC COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE

INTERNATIONAL F-1 STUDENT PAYMENT POLICY
Students attending PCCC on an F-1 STUDENT VISA are responsible for payment IN FULL within 48 hours of registration- failure to do so will result in courses being deleted.
Failure to be registered as a full-time student (fall/spring) is a violation of Federal Regulation [8 CFR 214.2(f)(6)] pertaining to your F-1 status and will result in the termination of your I-20 and the notification of your non-enrollment to the Office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR AN I-20
___ Admissions & I-20 application packet
___ Updated financial information form cash & room/board sponsor(s) .
___ Official High School Transcripts (translated into English and notarized in your country).
___World Education Service (WES) evaluation of out of country college/university transcripts.
___ Transfer Students – official transcripts and transfer release authorization form from previous college.
___ Pay $200 SEVIS Fee (if applicable). For information about this fee visit: http://www.fmjfee.com
___ Immunization Requirement – NJ state law. All 1st time full-time students born after 1957 must show a valid record of 2 doses of measles-containing vaccine and 1 dose of mumps and rubella. Contact Admission Office for information on exemptions.
___ Schedule an appointment for a Placement Test thru the Admission Office. Transfer students may be exempt if an official transcript is received & evaluated.
___ Once admitted and tested, see the International Student Advisor to register for classes.
___ Copy of Passport & Visa (if applicable).
