INFORMATION FOR DEGREE CANDIDATES

1. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
Students who completed their degree or certificates in August 2011 or December 2011, and students who will be completing requirements in Spring 2012 are generally eligible to participate in the annual commencement ceremony.
2. PICK UP GRADUATION INVITATIONS AND CAP & GOWN
Distribution will be made from the Main Campus College Bookstore. You must present your PCCC ID card. First, stop at the Registrar’s Office and receive clearance; a green card will be given to you. From there, you will go to the PCCC Bookstore and pick up your cap and gown and tickets to the event. Each graduate will be given (4) graduation invitations. Please follow the distribution schedule below to avoid disappointment. Graduation Invitations, Cap and Gown will ONLY be released to the graduating student.
PICK-UP DATES AND TIMES FOR ALL DEGREE CANDIDATES:
• Friday, May 11, 2012 (9am – 3:00 pm)
• Monday, May 14th to Thursday, May 17th, (9am – 7:30 pm)

4. COMMENCEMENT PHOTOS
The College has contracted a professional photography company, Island Photography, to take your Cap and Gown photos. A complimentary proof of your Cap and Gown photos will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. There is no obligation to purchase these pictures.
5. PARKING FOR GRADUATES AND GUESTS
Parking is available in the Paterson Parking Authority Garage located on Broadway and Memorial Drive. The cost is free to the graduates and guests, so be sure to pick up your ticket from the guard stationed at the garage upon entering.
