Studio Arts @ PCCC offers an Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts degree with a concentration in Studio Arts for students who plan to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree at a four-year college.
This program provides students with a solid foundation in the visual arts through courses that develop a broad range of knowledge, skills, and competencies essential for advanced study. including drawing, design, color theory, art history, and portfolio presentation,
Students learn from professors who are working artists as well as experienced educators.
Students also benefit from a variety of enrichment activities including field trips to major museums, student art contests, and exhibition opportunities.
