Linda Bakian has taught reading at PCCC for 25 years. For thirteen of them, she served as Chair of the English Department. She has been a member of the Curriculum Committee and presently is on the Faculty Review and Academic Standards Committees. Her previous positions include Assistant Professor at the Borough of Manhattan Community College and director of adult education programs for the City University and the American Institute of Banking. Her interests include traveling, theater, cooking, and of course, reading.
