Alan Mitnick, an Associate Professor has taught Composition, Literature, Critical Thinking and Creative Writing at PCCC for 22 years. He presently serves as Chair of the English Department. He has been a member of the Faculty Review and College Writing Committees and is on the Academic Standards Committee.
Professor Mitnick also is president of the Tenured Faculty Association. He still gigs as a professional guitarist, and his interests include music, tennis, cooking, baking and cycling.
