The English as a Second Language Program consists of five levels of language proficiency ranging from beginning to advanced. Each level, with the exception of the advanced (107), is comprised of three skill based courses: Grammar (G), Reading (R), and Writing (W). The entering student takes a proficiency test which determines that student's level of language competence in each skill area. Students at the 02 level may take Speaking & Pronunciation I. Students at the 03 and 04 levels may take Speaking & Pronunciation II as electives. |
