The "smart classrooms" were designed by ESL faculty. In them, there are 22 state-of-the-art multimedia PCs around the periphery of the room, printers, a TV/VCR, a screen, an "Elmo" projector and an LCD projector. Student desks are in the middle of the room and they can be converted into computer chairs. The teachers have the option of using the computers or using the classroom as a "traditional classroom".
