If you are an online student for the Spring 2008 semester, you will not have access to your courses until Wed Jan 23, the first day of classes.

Once you have registered, you will have access to "My Blackboard," the main entry page for your classes.  All online students will have access to a tutorial class entitled "WebCT Campus Edition 6 Self Training Materials."  You may wish to familiarize yourself with the way WebCT works before you start your classes, particularly if you are new to online courses.

Access to My Blackboard will be available only several days after registration has been confirmed and your student info has been sent to WebCT:

Your User name is the same as you currently use (i.e. your Campus Cruiser/Portal/WebCT ID).  If you are not sure what your User name is, follow this link to find out what your User name is.

Your initial password is the last six digits of your Social Security Number. This applies to all online students, both new and returning. You have the option to change the password once you log in the first time.

Login Problems?  If you are having problems logging in to your online course, carefully read the following:

If you submitted a registration form just recently, you will not have access to WebCT instantaneously. It may take several days to process your registration and create a WebCT account for you.

If you can log in to your courses but are "denied access," your professor probably hasn't allowed access to the course just yet.

If you need an Access Code to enter your course for the first time, check your textbook for an Access Code, or purchase an Access Code on the WebCT e-Learning Hub. When you receive your Access Code it will look similar to one of the following examples: All letters, such as: LOVE LITE JUST GIVE WAGS IDLE or a combination of letters and numbers, such as: CT-TCT-6321-711931-I
