Staff Assistant

A Staff Assistant is needed to provide support services for our Enrollment Management function at  Passaic County Community College. Duties include: secretarial and clerical support, data entry, telephone contact, maintaining records, and assisting with student registration. This staff person will assist in the general management and services of the office. An Associate’s Degree is required, along with strong office, interpersonal, and communication skills. At least three years of office experience is preferred, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft software products. Occasional evening and weekend hours required.
