The Successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the Campus Lecture Capture System (Echo360tm).  Applicants should be knowledgeable and/or certified in MySQL and Windows 2003 Server.  Familiarity with streaming server programs such as Wowza and Flash, Digital Multimedia Formats (Mp4, AAC, M2V, H.264), Learning Management Software (Blackboard, Moodle, iTunesU).  Excellent customer support and organizational skills required.
