Student Development Specialist / Technical Liaison

 The Student Development Specialist, a member of the Center for Student Success is responsible for assisting students to develop and implement their academic, career and personal goals through advisement, education, and student peer mentoring. The SDS will have specific responsibilities with the implementation of technology in advisement and student communication. The successful candidate will possess a master’s degree in student personnel services, counseling, psychology or social work and a minimum of two years postgraduate counseling, mentoring and/or academic advising experience. Experience with online advisement and student data systems.
