A full-time administrator is needed to maintain a full-time caseload and provide counseling and academic support to assigned students. He or she will also coordinate and supervise tutorial support services for program participants. The SSS Counselor/Coordinator will report to the program Director and assist with the overall development, administration, and assessment of the SSS Program. A Master’s degree in Student Development, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field required. A minimum of two year’s experience in an urban environment working with academically disadvantaged students preferred. Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills also required.
