A Counselor/Coordinator is needed to work with a pre-college academic program for public middle and high school students.  Candidates will coordinate, implement and evaluate workshops that foster academic and personal growth of students.  Conduct individual and group academic and career counseling sessions; assist with recruitment and selection of prospective students from target schools; interact with public school guidance counselors; and assist students in preparing for college.  Maintain program records, compile data, and produce reports using Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Access and Excel.  A Bachelor's degree is required and work experience with urban youth is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. This is a grant-funded position.
