We are seeking a full-time administrator to provide counseling and academic support to a caseload of assigned students. The Counselor will assist in all aspects of program development, student recruitment, outreach, and evaluation. This is a grant-funded position. A Master’s degree in Student Development, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field is required. A least two years of experience working with academically disadvantaged students in an urban environment is preferred.
