These grant-funded courses are available at Passaic County Community College for qualifying candidates.  See the Course Description for qualification requirements.   Applicants for any course must complete the online intake form.

 
Administrative Medical Assistant - course to prepare individuals to function effectively in many of the administrative and clerical positions in the health care industry.

EKG Technician  - This course prepares students to work as Certified EKG technicians (CET), a rapidly growing occupation.  The need for qualified EKG technicians continues to rise as the aging population in America grows.  Earning a CET will help launch a successful and meaningful career.

Emergency Medical Dispatcher - course to train individuals seeking a career as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher.  This training includes three courses: CPR, Basic 911 Officer, and Emergency Medical Dispatch.

Certified Home Health Aide - Course to train individuals to become a certified Home Health Aide and care for clients in their own homes.

Pharmacy Technician - course prepares students to work as pharmacy technicians, a rapidly growing occupation that offers many opportunities in a variety of settings.
