Chef James Hornes and the Culinary Arts Program at PCCC were recently featured in “Culinary Edge” (Spring 2008), a food industry publication. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Hornes is director of the program, part of the College’s Continuing Education and Workforce Development courses, where students learn the skills of the food service industry in a professional atmosphere. Hornes, who has 25 years experience in the food business, also manages two campus cafeterias at Paterson and Wanaque, offering quality service and imaginative menu planning.
