Welcome to the Food Service Department

Foodservice operates a five-restaurant food court at PCCC’s Paterson campus in addition to a café located in the Wanaque Academic Center student lounge.

The Paterson campus provides catering services for all members of the College community as well as external organizations.

Directed by Chef Michael Grossi, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and a Certified Executive Chef with over 40 years in the food industry, Foodservice strives to offer quality service and imaginative menu planning.

Our mission is to meet or exceed customer expectations, provide stewardship of customer health by offering a variety of food choices, and be fiscally responsible with entrusted funds.
