Foodservice operates a full-service cafeteria at PCCC’s Paterson campus in addition to a newly opened café in the student lounge of the recently renovated Wanaque Academic Center. Plans are in the works for a second café to be located at the Passaic Academic Center.
The Paterson campus provides catering services for members of the College community as well as external organizations. Directed by Chef Michael Grossi, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and a Certified Executive Chef with over 35 years in the food industry, Foodservice strives to offer quality service and imaginative menu planning.
Our mission is to meet or exceed customer expectations, provide stewardship of customer health by offering a variety of food choices, and be fiscally responsible with entrusted funds.
