Foodservice Department - Cafeteria

Welcome!

Foodservice operates a full-service cafeteria at PCCC’s Paterson campus in addition to two cafés respectively located in the Wanaque Academic Center student lounge and Passaic Academic Center cafeteria.

The Paterson campus provides catering services for members of the College community as well as external organizations.

Directed by Chef Michael Grossi, a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and a Certified Executive Chef with over 35 years in the food industry, Foodservice strives to offer quality service and imaginative menu planning.

Our mission is to meet or exceed customer expectations, provide stewardship of customer health by offering a variety of food choices, and be fiscally responsible with entrusted funds.

Hot Breakfast 8:30 am - 9:30 am; Hot Lunch 11:30 am - 2:00 pm; Hot Dinner 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Grab-&-Go Items (salads, sandwiches, burgers, beverages, etc.) 11:30 am - 7:30 pm
