Our mission is to provide accurate and timely disbursements of payments to the Passaic County Community College students, staff, and vendors that are consistent with regulatory requirements, College policy, and appropriate internal controls.
Major responsibilities include the processing of non-payroll payments to College students, staff, and vendors as well as data entry of payment and financial transaction document.
The AP Office is committed to maintaining an accurate record keeping system.
