The deadline for submitting a PCCHC Letter of Intent (LOI) for a 2021 Local Arts Program (LAP) or County History Partnership Program (CHPP) re-grant has passed, and the application process is closed to those who did not submit an LOI.  If you submitted an LOI, please complete your application on or before the deadline as follows: 2021 LAP application is due by Thursday, August 13, 2020 and 2021 CHPP application is due by Thursday, August 20, 2020.

This program was a collaboration between the PCCHC, the Paterson Youth Photography Project at Oasis, The Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park, and the Centennial Class of 2016 at Paterson Public School #7.

PCCHC is the officially designated county arts, cultural and heritage agency and its major program is the re-granting of New Jersey State Council on the Arts Local Arts Program and Historical Commission general operating support funds to Passaic County organizations.
