PCCC offers degree and certificate programs that can give you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a culinary career:

  • Cooking, baking, and food prep techniques
  • Nutritional, food safety, and sanitation information
  • Kitchen management strategies
  • Business skills (food cost, inventory control, marketing, etc.)

  
In PCCC’s culinary classes, you will also: 

  • Work side by side with master chef/professors who trained at top culinary schools and have extensive
    industry experience.
  • Gain real-world experience through internships
  • Train in fully-equipped professional kitchens at the newly expanded PCCC Wanaque Academic Center
    or in a working commercial kitchen at the Main Campus - Paterson
