Child must be 3 or 4 years-old.

- Current Physical
- Immunization Record
Abbott Pre-K 3 & 4 (Free Program)
Child must be 3 or 4 before October
31st.
Child must reside in Paterson.
Documents required for enrollment:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Residency (PSE&G, Cable, or Phone Bill only)
- Secondary Proof of Residency (License)
- Updated Physical
- Immunization Record
