Cinda Wallace

President

 
Cinda graduated from PCCC in 1980 with an Associate in Arts degree Liberal Arts/Humanities.  In 2011 she received a Certification as Human Service Specialist and is currently working in the Human Services Field.  Cinda is currently attending William Paterson University pursuing a B.A. in Sociology/Social Work. She is very active in the community and is currently a group facilitator with the Salvation Army Corp in Paterson, NJ.

 

  

Tanya Allen - Munk

Tanya graduated from PCCC in 2000 with an Associate in Arts Degree Liberal Arts/Humanities.  Tanya went on to Montclair State University and received, with Honors, her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Family.

 
She is currently employed in the field at Concerned Parents for Head Start.

 

  

Robert Novak

Robert L. Novak Graduated from Passaic County Community College in 2000 with an Applied Computer Science Degree. He went on to graduate from Felician College in 2005 with a bachelor's degree of Arts in Organizational Management and Marketing.

 
He is currently employed as a Family Service Worker for the County of Essex in Newark, New Jersey. Over the past few years he has volunteered to host Book and Yard sale fundraisers to help The Scott House, The Beverly Turner House, The Greater Newark Fresh Air Fund, and has handed out food parcels at The Market Street Mission.

   
 

Robert Mondelli

Robert Mondelli has served as Vice President of Information Technology at Passaic County Community College since 2000. Under Mr. Mondelli’s leadership the College is one of the most “wired community colleges” in NJ. All of the classrooms employ smart classroom technology and all of the campuses use state-of-the-art technologies in every aspect of its business from lecture capture technology, administrative software and IP telephony systems. Prior to becoming Vice President, Mr. Mondelli held various positions at PCCC including Director of IT and then Executive Director of IT. He also held the position of Associate Director of Data Processing at Kean University. He has been employed by PCCC for over 31 years. He holds a MBA and a BS from St. Peter’s College and an AAS degree from PCCC.

  

Luis Ruiz

Luis was born in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico.  He immigrated to the United States at the age of three.  He has lived in Paterson for over 40 years.   He attended both Eastside and John F. Kennedy High Schools. He enrolled at Passaic County Community College in the fall of 1978.  Luis graduated in 1983 with Associates in Liberal Arts (A.A.) and received a second Associates degree in Criminal Justice (A.S.) in 1988.   Luis has been a full time employee at Passaic County Community College since 1980, working for the Library and Learning Resources as a Library Staff Assistant. His hobbies include photography, bowling, and playing pool.

  

Debra Thomas

Debra graduated from PCCC in 1980 with an Associate in Arts Degree Liberal Arts/Humanities.  Debra went on to Montclair State University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Family. Debra received a teacher’s standard certification in 2011. She is currently employed in the field at Concerned Parents for Head Start.

  

Andrea Gillispie

Andrea Gillispie Graduated from Passaic County Community College in 2002 with an Associate of Arts Degree in Human Services.  She later attended Montclair State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Ecology and Early Childhood Education in 2005.  After leaving college she went on to teach Preschool children in Paterson, NJ.  Eager to learn more about education she returned to Felician College and earned a Master of Arts Degree in Education in 2011.  Selected and accepted by the Paterson Board of Education to participate in the Graduate Special Education Endorsement Program in conjunction with Montclair State University. Andrea returned to Montclair State University and received a Special Education Certification in 2013.

 
She currently works as a teacher in the Paterson Schools. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys mentoring and tutoring children. She volunteers in community services that foster educational development and growth for all children.

  

Vincent Arrington

Vincent Arrington graduated from Passaic County Community College in 1995 with an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration.  Vincent went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nyack College.  He is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College. 

 
Vincent is currently employed as an Information and Technology Professional.  Vincent is a knowledgeable and versatile Information Technology professional that possesses extensive experience in identifying problems and coordinating recovery to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Vincent also has a solid background in leading and mentoring diverse teams to successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously.

 
Vincent is active in the community and at his church. He also enjoys giving back to the community.  Vincent serves as a member on the Educational Council at his church and is a member of a non-profit group called Paterson Team H.O.P.E.
